USA/Canada Refund Policy

Items purchased from EliteImpact Labs may be returned within 90 days of the date of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price minus the cost of shipping. The customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. Packages returned as undeliverable may be re-shipped at the expense of the customer. Any items returned due to error by EliteImpact Labs will receive a full refund of the original purchase price, cost of shipping and cost of return shipping.

International Refund Policy

Every country has its own dietary supplement laws as well as its own regulations for importing products from other countries. The customer is responsible for knowing the specific laws/regulations of his or her own country to ensure that the import of specific EliteImpact Labs products is allowed. If items are rejected by customs and returned to EliteImpact Labs, the customer will receive a refund for the original purchase price minus the cost of shipping and any additional fees incurred, such as quarantine fees or warehousing fees.

Please note that we declare the full value (minus shipping) of your order on the shipping label or documents.

Any additional charges incurred during shipping, such as import taxes, customs duty or quarantine fees are separate from the initial shipping charge and are the responsibility of the customer.
